1. The Whole Structure of the Press Brake

• European design with a streamlined appearance.
• The welded frame is tempered to relieve internal stress, ensuring excellent stability.
• Sandblasted to remove rust and coated with anti-rust paint.
• Machined with a Spanish five-face machining center. All machining surfaces are completed in a single setup to ensure excellent dimensional and positional accuracy.
• The machine frame is designed to maintain long-term accuracy and structural rigidity.
• The frame, assembly surfaces, and connection holes are machined after welding, with up to 60 ft completed in a single pass. (Please confirm the “60 ft” specification.)
• Supplied with three front sheet supports and finished with Nippon polyurethane paint.

2. Ram Structure

• Upper-stroke bending design for low-noise operation and stable performance.
• Y1 and Y2 parallelism tolerance: 0.01 mm.
• Y1 and Y2 can be programmed independently, allowing operation under unbalanced loads and cone-shaped workpiece bending.
• A programmable pressure-holding time at bottom dead center ensures high bending accuracy for various workpieces.
• The ram can move upward at a slow speed, allowing convenient workpiece positioning and handling.
• The universal upper tool mounting surface accommodates a wide range of tooling clamping requirements.

 

3. Hydraulic System

• Advanced closed-loop electro-hydraulic synchronized servo control system.
• Hydraulic components from Rexroth (Germany) with a Sumitomo (Japan) oil pump.
• Imported linear scales, guiding system, positioning system, and hydraulic balancing system ensure high-precision processing of both full-length and eccentric workpieces.
• The throat is equipped with a “C” frame compensation device that directly measures the distance between the upper punch and lower die to ensure bending accuracy.
• All cylinder seals are imported from internationally recognized brands, ensuring excellent reliability and long service life.
• The hydraulic system features overload relief protection to prevent leakage, with an easily visible oil level indicator.
• Designed for continuous operation under rated load with stable performance and high precision.

4. High-Precision CNC Back Gauge

8-axis CNC back gauge (X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, Y1, Y2) for precise 3D positioning.

• Advanced closed-loop electro-hydraulic synchronized servo control system.
• Ideal for multi-step bending with high positioning accuracy.
• The X-axis is driven by a digital AC servo motor through a ball screw and precision linear guide.
• The back gauge features a rigid tank-type structure for excellent strength and positioning accuracy.
• Two independently adjustable gauge fingers with dovetail guides ensure smooth operation and high precision.
• Special finger-stop design extends the back gauge adjustment range.

5. Electrical System (SCHNEIDER Electric)

• Electrical components are imported or supplied by Sino-foreign joint ventures in compliance with international standards.

6. Crowning Compensation

• The lower worktable is equipped with an automatic crowning compensation unit.
• Compensation values are automatically calculated by the CNC system to ensure a consistent bending angle across the full working length.
