1. Dual cylinder synchronous control system adopts electro-hydraulic servo valve synchronization control, high control precision, bending precision and high repetition positioning accuracy, which makes the machine’s partial load possible.

Can be segmented mold, can be assembled into a certain length, according to the requirement of the work piece machining of to meet the special need, USES the security channel structure of upper die (European standard), lower die fast slot structure, make the disassembling mold is very convenient.
3. The numerical control system adopts the Dutch DELEM DA52 system
4. C plates are installed on both sides of the fuselage, and the high precision grating ruler is installed on the C plate, thus avoiding the influence of bending moment deformation on bending accuracy.
5. The oil cylinder processed by the specialized factory, complete with imported sealing ring, can overcome the oil leakage phenomenon.
Stage Hydraulic Compensation Device
The atress can cause the ram and worktable some deformation during the process of bending: the cylinder compensation device can make relevant compensation to the ram deformation, which improves the precision of press brake by a wide margin, it is specially applied to make some high precision products such as stainless steel.
