In this case, a special initial relevant setting is made to determine a series of focal positions based on the size of the light spot, Of course, as long as everyone recognizes that the laser spot reaches a particularly small point, another position is the particularly good processing focal length. In this case, we can set the position of that place there and then let such a device start working. - When the focal point of the laser is adjusted to a particularly small size, a spot is established to determine the focal length position based on the size of the light spot. When the laser spot reaches a particularly small size, this position is a good processing focal length and processing work begins.
- In the first part of debugging the laser cutting machine, we can use some workpiece tailings and waste materials to determine the accuracy of the focal length position. Moving the position of the upper and lower laser head height will cause different changes in the size of the laser spot when shooting. Make multiple adjustments at different positions to identify a particularly small spot position to determine the focal length and optimal position of the laser head.
- After the installation of the laser cutting machine, a marking device can be installed on the cutting nozzle of the CNC cutting machine, and a simulated cutting pattern can be drawn through the marking device, such as a square with a simulated pattern of 1m. A circle with a diameter of 1m is built in, and diagonal lines are drawn at the four corners.
