The following are some suggestions for the maintenance and use of  bending machines:

1. Use – operation training:

The operator should go through professional training, familiar with the operation panel functions of the bending machine, such as the button to control the bending Angle, depth, speed, etc., and correctly understand the operation instructions.

Tips: Please read the instructions carefully before using the machine to prevent unnecessary trouble caused by improper operation

2. Reasonable parameter Settings: Set appropriate bending parameters according to physical characteristics such as material and thickness. For example, to fold a thick steel plate, it is necessary to appropriately reduce the bending speed and increase the bending pressure.

 3. Standard operation process: Use in strict accordance with the operation process, place the material in the appropriate position before the bending operation, to avoid empty operation or illegal operation of the machine.

Maintenance

1. Regular cleaning: After the work, clean the metal debris, dust, and oil on the machine. In particular, the work surface and mold parts prevent debris from scratching the mold and table surface, affecting the bending accuracy.

2. Check components: Regularly check the oil level and quality of hydraulic oil, and check whether there is leakage in the tubing joint. For example, check the oil level once a month and check the oil quality once a quarter. Also, check whether the electrical system wire is damaged, whether the plug is loose, and so on.

Tips: The joint position of each machine needs to be checked regularly.

3. Mold maintenance: The mold is a key part; to clean up after each use, apply the appropriate amount of anti-rust oil, and check the wear of the mold regularly, when the wear is serious to replace it in time.

4. Lubrication work: Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the machine, such as slide rails, to ensure smooth movement, reduce component wear, and extend the service life of the machine.
