The Primapress team participated in the 137th Canton Fair with laser cutting machines, pure electric bending machines, punching machines and other machinery. The machine tools stood in the center, and the touch screen displayed real-time core parameters such as equipment processing accuracy and energy consumption data. Many customers and suppliers stopped to discuss processing plans with technical engineers – this is a typical scene of Canton Fair negotiations: the sales team carried processing sample books and customized quotations, and demonstrated the operation of bending machines and laser machines on site according to various customer processing needs.
Some customers were very satisfied with us after discussing and testing the machines on site, and paid a deposit on the spot.
Many customers have also arranged to visit the factory later. During the five-day extended period of the Canton Fair, Primapress sales and technical personnel continuously received customers, signed multiple intention orders, and gained many in-depth technical exchange needs. When the purchaser saw the international certifications such as CE and UL hanging on the walls of our company, they exclaimed, “From technical transparency during negotiations, to quality confidence during acceptance, to attentive service during debugging, this is the ‘full process password’ for Chinese machine tools to enter the high-end market.” The slogan “China Precision, Global Service” on the booth is becoming a true reflection of more and more domestic machine tool brands competing in the international market.
