In 2024, Afghan customer Ali purchased a 300T4000E21+, an 80T3200 E21+, and an air compressor. This year, his friend contacted me to visit our factory.
We picked up his friend from the hotel to our factory on April 30th and took the customer on a tour from our production workshop to the assembly workshop to the area where the machines were completed.
This year’s production workshop installed 10Mx4m gantry milling machine is under using now, we have enlarged our productions to 30% more, and can warranty new order delivery time.We also express to our customers that both large and customized machines can be completed with quality and quantity assurance. Welcome customers who have similar inquiries to come and cooperate with us.
The assembly workshop has added assembly personnel, debugging personnel, and inspection personnel. The customer saw our debugging personnel debugging the new system DA53TX in the assembly workshop and briefly understood this system.
Before concluding this visit, the customer expressed to us that it would be better to add a display area for the shearing machine in the completion area (whether it is QC12K or QC11K).
We have also accepted the customer’s suggestion and stated that we will add a display area for the shearing machine in our future improvements.
