We can flexibly position the cutting tools according to the size of the materials and the different types of tools, and be careful not to place the tools too close to the workpiece. This is the process of knife alignment. Tool setting and tool changing are different. To change the tool, you need to first move the Z-axis direction, which means quickly raising the tool until it reaches a safe distance before changing it. In the programming process of punch machining, we not only need to consider the cutting path, but also remember the auxiliary work that needs to be carried out in each machining stage, such as the switch of cutting fluid and the change of spindle speed, which are all very important issues. After the programming is completed, we need to input it into the computer of the CNC punching machine control system for simulation processing. After confirming that there are no errors, we can proceed with actual processing.
